Follow workflows step by step, with more dependable AI and reports
See what happened at each step of a workflow more easily. Updated AI choices and more reliable answer handling help work move forward, while report filters no longer carry over to another report.
Workflow History now shows the path taken as numbered steps. See each step’s status, duration, and outcome, then open it to inspect the incoming message, submitted form, assistant activity, or an error. The workflow map has its own tab, and data and records are easier to find. Lists of records appear as tables when they fit, or as cards with their fields shown clearly, instead of unreadable text.
The AI model picker now offers six current models, with DeepSeek V4.1 Flash as the default. Previously saved choices for older models continue to work through their current replacements. Cases where the assistant stalled while processing long answers with specified fields have been reduced; if an answer still cannot be completed, the problem is explained more clearly.
When you move between reports, filters and chart selections from the previous report no longer affect the next one; each report opens with its own saved defaults. Guidance used by the assistant that builds Flow apps has also been corrected for file storage and data queries, making it easier to follow working examples while creating an app.
