Smoother form entry and easier dashboard tracking
Fill out task forms more easily with a keyboard, find directory records faster, and calculate quote line items automatically. Dashboards are easier to follow, and connected AI assistants can help more with data and design.
Task forms in the portal now sit on clear cards, with numbered sections and unlabelled fields in the same layout. Starting at the first empty field, you can move with Tab and Enter and use arrow keys to choose from dropdowns and directory results. Form tables also let you move between cells and add or duplicate rows from the keyboard. An accidentally added row is removed when you leave it empty.
Directory fields can show a selected record’s name below its code. You can also choose to open the directory search as soon as you type in the field; press Enter to pick a single match, or close it and keep what you typed. These options will also be available in mobile forms after the relevant app update. In forms such as quotes, formula columns can now calculate line item amounts, while workflows can produce report PDFs and attach them to emails.
Dashboard filters and selections made by clicking a chart now appear on one row, with one control to reset filters and clear unlocked selections. Eligible dashboards with caching enabled can reuse ready results instead of repeatedly reading the same data. Administrators can allow connected AI assistants to use workflow data. Assistants can preview and create datasets that combine several sources, and once again receive a visual preview of a dashboard design.
