Card check-ins, smarter workflows, and a clearer workspace
Workflow design and forms are easier to read. AI can draw on files and past records, while card kiosks, location-aware starts, and new business connections make daily work easier.
In the workflow designer, a numbered outline lets you jump to a step, while branches and next steps are easier to follow. Cards and titles stay readable in workflows with several branches, and setting explanations open from an information icon when needed. Task form fields, read-only values, and table cells are clearer. Customer apps are easier to find and manage; apps open faster, and custom domain verification updates without a page refresh.
An AI step can read email attachments or files uploaded through a form. Administrators can add documents to the Knowledge Base and try a search; workflows can draw on relevant documents and past results tied to the same record key. You can also save an approved final text for later use. In summary tables, you can combine values from different tables in a formula and see the results on other tabs, on mobile, in exports, and in AI analysis.
Trendyol orders can start workflows, and the FIT Bulut e-Defter connection lets you send a ledger and check its status. For workflows started by hand, you can choose mobile or portal access, capture a location, and set allowed areas. A new card field brings card information into forms. Scanning a card at a paired kiosk tablet starts the selected workflow, and the screen can give a colored and spoken response. External card readers that act like a keyboard can also be used with the kiosk.
