More capable apps, safer publishing
You can now manage customer apps from a clearer workspace, publish through safe previews, connect them with Flow processes and data, see usage in the portal, and open your apps on mobile.
The Apps area has been refreshed with address-first cards and a management board that shows publishing, domain, resource, connection, and usage status at a glance. The same apps can now be opened from the Dashboards tab on mobile. Mobile process tracking also starts as soon as a form is submitted; completed and failed steps are easier to distinguish, and cancelled tasks no longer appear in Completed history.
Customer apps can now start the Flow processes you permit, follow the runs they start, and work with selected data sources. Apps opened with Flow sign-in can help people view and complete their own tasks securely. You can run recurring work with schedules, add features that remember information between requests, and see the last 24 hours of usage and recent errors directly in Flow.
The AI-assisted app development journey is now end to end: the assistant can inspect tables and fields in a data source, try a read-only query, publish from a ZIP or GitHub, verify the running result, read errors, and restore an earlier version. A new preview option lets you test changes at a separate address; the live app stays untouched until you explicitly approve the promotion. Access issues that blocked permitted Flow connections in apps requiring Flow sign-in have also been fixed.
