Task deadlines under control, with smoother custom domains
Form tasks now offer automatic closing and approaching-deadline alerts, while custom domains, AI connections, and process continuity are more reliable.
You can set an automatic closing period between 1 and 365 days on form steps; when left blank, new tasks receive 30 days. Portal and mobile task cards show the remaining time during the final seven days and a “Last day” warning during the final 24 hours. An unfinished task closes at expiry and its process ends. Design history now focuses on the latest 24 publications while preserving older versions still used by running processes.
Apps that require Flow sign-in now complete the sign-in journey on their active custom domain when launched there. Domain verification is also rechecked automatically every 15 minutes on the first day and hourly for the next six days, so you do not need to press recheck once your records are ready.
The AI design assistant can now read and edit the full content of automation steps that reference securely stored values, without asking you to paste it again. Returning to your home workspace after moving between workspaces now completes without an error. Slow automation steps after a form submission are no longer started a second time by mistake, preventing repeated actions and duplicate tasks.
