More flexible scheduler tasks, more reliable dashboards and workflows

Scheduler tasks now offer named forms, form-specific buttons, custom record flows, and currency-aware daily totals. Pivot views, custom-table selection, and permanent document images are improved, while interrupted tasks and data-source problems are handled more reliably.

You can now name scheduler task record screens by purpose, with different fields, layouts, and buttons for creating and editing. When several forms are available, users choose which one to open. Form buttons can set fixed values, run the actions you choose after a record is saved, or hand the entire record operation to a flow you design. Record actions inside a form and task-level outcome actions now appear in separate places, making it clearer what each button will change.

The scheduler month view can now show every record in a day, and clicking a record there opens it directly, while collapsed view still opens the day list. Month and week headers can show sums or counts, with different currencies kept in separate, readable lines. During design, record forms use the complete form editor, fields from connected tables load again, and task outcomes appear correctly on the map. Missing outcome connections are caught before publication.

In dashboards, you can show pivot measures everywhere, only in totals, or only in detail rows, with the same visibility rule on web and mobile. Custom tables are available again in data-source selection. Session-protected permanent links copied from document details keep images in dashboard cards from breaking over time. When a completed task submission is interrupted, the workflow recovers itself; failures that incorrectly return to the same step stop safely instead of repeating forever. Unreachable data sources and filter problems now show an accurate explanation instead of a misleading or unclear error.
