Flow is now faster, with more reliable data search and AI connections
Flow now opens faster and responds more quickly across frequently used screens. External data-source search and pagination work correctly again, as do AI connections, while reporting, account creation, and sensitive automation steps are safer.
The wait users feel on first load and during everyday portal use has been reduced substantially. Task screens respond more smoothly, while the status view administrators use frequently returns faster when reopened shortly afterward. The risk of heavy Excel exports and advanced report generation disrupting other work has also been reduced.
Search, total counts, and multi-page navigation now work together again for external data sources, with the second and later pages showing the correct records. External AI connections can sign in again and once more reach the workspace information they are authorized to use. Report-design selections now show only current, supported designs.
Security checks are stronger across account creation, data access, exports, and AI-assisted actions. The system-status indicator is now visible only to administrators, while mail logs are available to administrators and designers. Workspace names already in use are caught before account creation finishes, sensitive information is removed more consistently from exports and AI reads, destructive external AI actions cannot run without an explicit second confirmation, and shared HTML report files are delivered as safer downloads instead of opening as active browser content.
