Flow Mail and persistent AI workspaces

Workflow emails can now be sent with Flow Mail without separate account credentials. The AI assistant can build customer apps in a secure workspace that resumes where it left off, while app checks and email delivery records are safer and easier to understand.

You can now choose Flow Mail in the Send Email step of the workflow designer. It uses Flow's sending address without requiring your own mail server or password details, while the Reply-To field directs responses to the person or team you choose. An issue that stopped the first delivery when recipients were entered as plain email addresses has also been fixed. Each company can send 1,000 successfully delivered workflow emails per month; failed deliveries do not count toward the limit, and the step can follow its failure path when the limit is reached.

The AI assistant can now open a separate workspace for each customer app, read and write files, run the necessary preparation and verification commands, and publish the result to a safe preview first. Changes are stored with their history, so a later session resumes where the previous one stopped even after the workspace closes. Flow data, company secrets, and live app settings are not placed in this workspace.

When the AI assistant checks a published app, it must now stay on that app's own address; a crafted path can no longer move sign-in information to another address. Email delivery records also provide extra context that makes intermittent sending problems easier to distinguish.
