Custom domains, secure access, and new capabilities for your apps

You can now publish Flow apps on your own domain, control visibility by person or department, and equip them with Flow tables, file storage, and secret values. AI connections, sign-in, and security controls are more reliable too.

Apps can now open on a domain that belongs to your brand. Flow shows the domain records you need to publish and tracks verification status. You can place apps in the same categories as processes and dashboards, add them to favorites, find them through search, and choose whether they open in the same tab or a new one. Visibility can be limited to specific people or departments, while apps that require Flow sign-in now open securely from the portal.

App management now lets you grant read, add, or full access to Flow tables, create dedicated file storage, and keep keys or other secret values outside the app package. Saved values are not shown again and take effect with the next publication. The AI app connection can also switch between workspaces you can access, discover available tables, and request only the app-management permissions it needs on the approval screen.

A session issue affecting signed-in users has been fixed. Permission checks are stricter for task drafts and dashboard filters, while external forms, data connections, email fields, notification links, and report previews are handled more safely. Cleanup of expired external-form sessions is also more reliable.
