An AI Analyst for dashboards, regional maps worldwide, and smoother workflows

Flow can now interpret dashboard data with you, make insights visible through new card lists and regional maps for 83 countries, and remove everyday friction across dashboards, forms, calendars, and mobile use.

You can now ask the new AI Analyst about an entire dashboard or focus on a single visual. It can examine the dashboard data you are allowed to access, update filters for you, start a guided presentation that brings important visuals forward step by step, and prepare summaries you can copy or download. It responds from a relevant expert perspective across sales, production, finance, supply, and human resources dashboards.

The new image Card List presents people, products, or other records with an image, title, ranking badge, and key measures on web and mobile. It combines repeated rows into one card with correct totals, lets a card filter other visuals, and adapts to narrow spaces without clipping. Maps can now drill into states, provinces, and regions across 83 countries beyond Türkiye; they respond faster on mobile and use the same colors as the web. Numeric columns can now be used directly as chart categories and series. Pivot tables also gain quick column filters, persistent value sorting, easier calculated-field creation, and preserved mappings when a data source is refreshed.

Process buttons can now carry blocking or warning rules that run before an action continues. When a blocking message is dismissed, Flow moves to the first field that needs attention on web and mobile, and rules based on process information not shown on the form now work correctly. Numeric fields no longer change accidentally while you scroll the page. Calendar no longer treats routine data movement as a broken definition, dashboard filters show only real options you are allowed to access, and bulk actions in the data catalog are protected by a second confirmation and undo.
