Smarter imports, richer reporting, and clearer workflows
Spreadsheet recipes speed up recurring imports, new map and pivot options enrich reporting, large workflows are clearer, and dashboard editing is more reliable.
When importing data from spreadsheets, Flow can now understand more complex layouts, including multiple sheets, changing header positions, hidden rows and columns, merged cells, formulas, and sheets named by period. Administrators can save a confirmed mapping as an import recipe; it is then applied automatically for everyone on later files with the same structure, while a changed layout asks you to pick a recipe or map the columns by hand.
Add subtotal rows for selected breakdowns in pivot tables, and hide chosen values from detail rows while keeping them at total levels; the same view carries over to mobile. New maps let you compare results at world, Turkey province, and Turkey district levels. On the web, move from a province into its districts; on mobile, view the district map; and open the full list of locations that could not be matched.
In large, highly branched workflows, the main path now remains visible at a glance; error paths stay beside the steps they belong to, and complex sections open in a focused view when needed. The overview map also opens at a readable scale; step cards no longer shrink past legibility, and no step is shown twice. We also fixed the dashboard editor hanging on its permission check instead of opening. Saving or data-loading issues are explained more clearly; retrying keeps your latest changes, and a problem in one widget no longer makes the entire workspace unusable.
